Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the “Privacy Policy”) applies to all information that the Eurodental website located at https://www.eurodental.com.ua/ may receive about the User during the use of the website, applications, and website services.
1. Definitions
1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. “Site Administration” – authorized employees managing the Eurodental website acting on behalf of the website, organizing and carrying out the processing of personal data, determining the purposes of personal data processing, the scope of personal data subject to processing, and the actions or operations performed with personal data.
1.1.2. “Personal Data” – any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person (personal data subject).
1.1.3. “Personal Data Processing” – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without them with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. “Confidentiality of Personal Data” – restricted access for all legal or natural persons, except Administrators or other clinic employees. Such information may be disclosed at the discretion (consent) of the respective person under conditions set by them, as well as in other cases prescribed by law.
1.1.5. “Eurodental Website User” – a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Site.
1.1.6. “Cookies” – a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the User’s computer, which the web client or browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request each time it tries to open the respective Site page.
1.1.7. “IP Address” – a unique network address of a node in an IP-based computer network.
2. General Provisions
2.1. Using the Site means the User agrees to this Privacy Policy and the conditions for processing the User’s personal data.
2.2. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, they must stop using the Site.
2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Eurodental Site. The Site does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites that the User may access via links available on the Site.
2.4. The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User.
3. Subject of the Privacy Policy
3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the Site Administration’s obligations regarding non-disclosure and protection of the confidentiality of personal data that the User must provide upon registration or service ordering on the Site.
3.2. The personal data allowed for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out the registration form on the Eurodental Site and includes the following information:
3.2.1. User’s full name;
3.2.2. User’s contact phone number;
3.2.3. Email address.
3.3. The Site protects data automatically transmitted during viewing of advertising blocks and visiting pages where a statistical system script (“pixel”) is installed, including:
- IP address;
- Cookies information;
- Browser information (or other program accessing the advertisement display);
- Access time;
- Address of the page containing the advertising block;
- Referrer (address of the previous page).
3.3.1. Disabling cookies may result in inability to access parts of the Site requiring authorization.
3.3.2. The Site collects statistics on visitors’ IP addresses for identifying and solving technical problems and monitoring the legality of financial transactions.
3.4. Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, used browsers and operating systems, etc.) is securely stored and not disclosed, except in cases provided for in clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.
4. Purposes of Collecting User’s Personal Information
4.1. The Site Administration may use the User’s personal data for the following purposes:
4.1.1. Identification of the User registered on the Site for remote service processing;
4.1.2. Providing the User with access to personalized Site resources;
4.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending messages, inquiries related to the use of the Site, service provision, processing User requests and applications;
4.1.4. Determining the User’s location to ensure security and prevent fraud;
4.1.5. Verifying the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User;
4.1.6. Creating an account for service ordering if the User consents;
4.1.7. Notifying the User about the status of their application;
4.1.8. Processing and receiving payments, confirming taxes or tax benefits;
4.1.9. Providing effective client and technical support in case of issues related to the Site;
4.1.10. With User consent, sending updates on services, special offers, pricing information, newsletters, and other information on behalf of the Site or its partners;
4.1.11. Advertising activities with User consent;
4.1.12. Providing User access to partner Sites or services to receive products, updates, and services.
5. Methods and Terms of Personal Data Processing
5.1. The User’s personal data is processed without time limitation, by any lawful means, including automated information systems or without automation.
5.2. The User agrees that the Site Administration may transfer personal data to third parties, including telecommunications operators, exclusively to fulfill the User’s order placed on the Eurodental Site.
5.3. Personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities of Ukraine only on grounds and in the manner prescribed by Ukrainian law.
5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration informs the User about it.
5.5. The Site Administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect User personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, distortion, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions by third parties.
5.6. The Site Administration and the User jointly take all necessary measures to prevent damage or other negative consequences caused by loss or disclosure of personal data.
6. Responsibilities of the Parties
6.1. The User shall:
6.1.1. Provide personal data necessary for using the Eurodental Site;
6.1.2. Update or supplement provided personal data in case of changes.
6.2. The Site Administration shall:
6.2.1. Use the obtained information exclusively for purposes specified in section 4 of this Privacy Policy;
6.2.2. Ensure confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without prior written consent of the User, and not sold, exchanged, published, or otherwise disclosed, except as provided in clauses 5.2 and 5.3.
7. Liability
7.1. The Site Administration is liable for damages caused to the User due to unlawful use of personal data, according to Ukrainian legislation, except in cases specified in clauses 5.2, 5.3, and 7.2.
7.2. The Site Administration is not liable for loss or disclosure of confidential information if:
7.2.1. The information became publicly available before its loss or disclosure;
7.2.2. It was received from a third party before being obtained by the Site Administration;
7.2.3. It was disclosed with the User’s consent.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Before filing a lawsuit, disputes between the User and the Site Administration must be preceded by a claim (written proposal for amicable settlement).
8.2. The recipient of the claim must notify the claimant in writing of the results within 30 calendar days of receipt.
8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court according to Ukrainian law.
8.4. Ukrainian legislation applies to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and Site Administration.
9. Additional Conditions
9.1. The Site Administration has the right to amend this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise stated.
